Yes! All balls will ship deflated. This makes them easy to pack. Many customers like to roll up the deflated ball with a pump and other small filler items with rubber bands to maximize box space.

Please email us immediately if you have any missing items! We will replace everything or provide you with a full refund.

Sometimes, boxes are damaged during transit, which may lead to lost items. We do our best to package all of our items in a secure manner. If your box is damaged, please provide a picture of the damage. This helps us file claims with our carriers.
