What Do I Do About Missing Items?
Please email us immediately if you have any missing items! We will replace everything or provide you with a full refund.
Please note, if you do not let us know within 30 days of delivery we will not be responsible for any missing items, as we can no longer make claims with our shipping provider.
Where Are Your Items Made?
All items are manufactured and sourced in China. Please keep in mind, each manufacturer and item are personally vetted by our team. We do our best to ensure that each item is of sufficient and superior quality!
Do You Offer Free Shipping?
Free shipping is offered for any order exceeding $299 or more. All items typically ship out between 5-10 business days unless otherwise stated. During the months of July - September this may be somewhat longer due to increased demand.
What is Your Return Policy?
We offer returns for all orders within 30 days of receiving the order. There will be an additional 20% restocking fee or $15 shipping charge depending on the order size.
Is My Order Tax Exempt?
If you are outside the state of California, your order will not include sales tax. All orders in California will be subject to state sales tax.
Do You Offer Bulk Discounts?
Bulk Discount pricing is available on our website and will automatically apply to your order.
Shipping:
All orders will ship within 5-10 business days unless otherwise stated. Sometimes we are backed up due to increased OCC demand, but we do our best to ship orders out ASAP.
Most of our shipping will be conducted via UPS Ground. Transit time will be about 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Smaller orders (1-15 pieces) will be shipped via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail. Transit time is 4-7 business days depending on your location.
Please keep in mind that non-residential addresses can cost upwards of 25% less than residential addresses in the same zip code.
