Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $300. Orders under $300 will incur a shipping charge up to $19.95, depending on the size of the order.
Why do you charge for shipping?
When people buy from places like Amazon or Walmart, they still pay for shipping; it's just hidden in membership fees and higher prices.
Instead of hiding our shipping costs, we charge a shipping fee for smaller orders. Small orders are more expensive to ship, so this helps offset the cost.
Bulk orders are where we shine, and that's why we are able to offer free shipping on orders above $300. We encourage customers to combine orders with friends and family to save on shipping costs!
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Orders typically ship out within 10 business days unless it is a pre-order or back order. Please note that if you place a pre-order for an item, your entire order will be held until every item is in stock.
Most orders will be shipped via UPS Ground. Transit time will be about 3-6 business days depending on your location.
Smaller orders will be shipped via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail. Transit time is 4-7 business days depending on your location.

Although any size ball is a wonderful gift for any child, here are our recommendations:
Ages 2-4: Size 3
Ages 5-9: Size 4 and 5 (both sizes are appropriate)
Ages 10+: Size 5

Our Ultra Durable Ball is the ideal balance of durability and affordability. For just a little more than our standard ball, you get a ball that can handle the roughest of play. This ball is a tank!
Do Your Balls Come Deflated?
Yes! All balls will ship deflated. This makes them easy to pack. Many customers like to roll up the deflated ball with a pump and other small filler items with rubber bands to maximize box space.
What Do I Do About Missing Items?
Please email us immediately if you have any missing items! We will replace everything or provide you with a full refund.
Sometimes, boxes are damaged during transit, which may lead to lost items. We do our best to package all of our items in a secure manner. If your box is damaged, please provide a picture of the damage. This helps us file claims with our carriers.
Please note, if you do contact us within 30 days of delivery we will not be responsible for any missing items.

What is Your Return Policy?

We recycle boxes! Not only is this eco-friendly, it also helps us keep costs down, which are savings we can then pass onto our customers.
